Launch FOSE through Mod Organizer and Fallout 3 will load, with mods, fose, and the glorious STEAM OVERLAY! Rename it to sure that Mod Organizer is installed in your FO3 game directory (ie.steamappscommonfallout 3Mod Organizer).
